Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Practice Manager for day shift, full-time. You will supervise daily operations, manage staff scheduling and training, and coordinate between administration, physicians, and external partners to ensure efficient patient care.

The role requires strong management experience, clinical/medical office familiarity, and a focus on customer service within a People-First environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of management experience preferred.
• Clinical experience strong preferred.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and participating in the daily operations of the practice.
• Assigns and schedules work duties and provides orientation and training to personnel.
• Monitors and oversees work activities.
• Maintains medical and office supplies and is responsible for the operational budget.
• Identifies and recommends improvements in work procedures.
• Primary liaison between administration, physicians and outside organizations/vendors to coordinate business practices, accomplish directives, and facilitate resolution of problems within general business operations and the delivery of patient care.
• Promote good customer service and effective working relationships, both internally and externally.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

3-5 years of management experience

Clinical experience

Previous medical office experience
