Atlantic Mobile Imaging Services is seeking a Practice Administrator / Office Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative functions of our growing Radiology practice. The role emphasizes leadership, revenue cycle oversight, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality patient care.

Working Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, you will supervise technologists and staff, coordinate imaging services, drive process improvements, onboarding, training, and reporting.

  • Onboards, orients, trains, and assesses competency of technologists and new hires.
  • Collaborates with radiologists and leadership to coordinate imaging services.
  • Participates in quality improvement, image quality audits, and process improvements.
  • Ensures equipment functionality and coordinates preventative maintenance.
  • Supervises technologists and imaging operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinates daily workflow and staffing, balancing patient volumes and technologist availability.
  • Onboards new hires and sets up employee accounts across modules.

Atlantic Mobile Imaging Services is looking for a Practice Manager to join their team. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Practice Administrator / Office Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and administrative functions of our growing Radiology practice. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in healthcare operations, staff management, revenue cycle oversight, and practice growth. Position Summary: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

The Practice Administrator / Office Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and achievement of key performance metrics.

  • Serves as a clinical resource to technologists, and other staff, offering guidance on protocols, regulatory compliance.
  • Monitors and supports compliance with departmental policies, radiation safety guidelines, regulatory/accreditation standards.
  • Assists with onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing competency assessment of technologists and new hires.
  • Collaborates with radiologists, leadership, and other departments to facilitate timely and coordinated imaging services.
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives, including image quality audits, repeat analysis, and process improvement projects.
  • Ensures proper equipment functionality and coordinates preventative maintenance.
  • Provides day-to-day supervision of technologists, support staff, and imaging operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinates daily workflow and staffing assignments, balancing patient volumes, and technologist availability.
  • Onboard all new hires, set up employee accounts all modules

  • Licensing with ACHA and Radiation Control
  • Ability to learn additional license requirements
