The Diagnostic Radiology Practice Administrator will oversee daily operations at a multi-hospital site. You will act as the operational leader, coordinating with medical staff, hospital administration, and community partners to maintain efficiency.

Seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations at a multi-hospital site.
Responsibilities Include
  • Acting as the operational leader and liaison between medical staff, hospital administration, and community partners.
  • Providing support to medical directors, managing financials, and ensuring compliance with licensing and credentialing.
  • Overseeing office management, scheduling, and patient census activities to maintain smooth clinical operations.
  • Leading project management for quality improvement, patient experience, and provider programs.
  • Handling recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring staff and provider credentialing are current.
  • Maintaining medical records, billing compliance, and data submission accuracy.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for HR-related matters and developing practice policies.
Qualifications Include
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or office setting; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical terminology is a plus.
