Rallyday Partners, LLC is seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to lead the business side of a busy dental practice. You will oversee scheduling, reception, the patient journey and visit completion while guiding a team to deliver a best-in-class patient experience.

You will play a key role in empowering the dental team, improving the patient experience, and supporting community initiatives. This role offers growth, leadership development, and equity opportunities within a values-driven

Qualifications

• Experience as the office/practice manager of a busy multi-specialty dental practice (3+ years).
• Demonstrated commitment to employee and patient experience.
• Knowledge of dental practice operations and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient scheduling, reception, and patient experience.
• Manage the patient journey from start to finish including visit completion and return visits.
• Lead a team of practice staff with support from the office leader.
• Support the community and donate proceeds from Tooth Whitening services to local charities.

Help us get to know you in a meaningful way, so together we can decide on where we go from here."Your Smile is Our Smile"## QualificationsRequirements* Previous experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice.* Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness* A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience* Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management* Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend* Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plus* Willingness to build trust to achieve results
