Rallyday Partners, LLC is seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to lead our dental practice and elevate the patient experience. You will oversee patient scheduling, reception, and the patient journey, working with the office leader to guide a team toward delivering exceptional care.

The role requires 3+ years as a busy dental office manager, strong people skills, and knowledge of practice management systems such as Dentrix or Ascend; a degree in health administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as the office/practice manager of a busy multi-specialty dental practice.
• Must love people, teamwork, and demonstrate an aptitude for leading bravely and creating greatness.
• Commitment to exemplary employee and patient experience.
• Associates degree with 5+ years or Bachelor's with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of dental practice operations and management.
• Familiarity with dental practice management systems (Dentrix/Ascend).
• Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial statements is a plus.
• Willingness to build trust to achieve results.
