Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field; experience may substitute for degree.
  • 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • 5–7 years of healthcare environment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operational activities of the ambulatory practice.
  • Supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage for patient care.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop team members.
  • Coach staff to support performance and career growth.
  • Ensure policy, HIPAA, and training compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Monitor practice performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting and resource management.
  • Oversee payroll processes and accurate timekeeping.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet goals.

Essential Functions
  • Lead the daily operations of the practice and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Supervise administrative and clinical support staff.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage to support patient care.

Qualifications

Education Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Experience 5-7 years supervisory experience required 5-7 years experience working in a healthcare environment required

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel.

  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles, physician billing, and revenue cycle management.
