Mass General Brigham is seeking a Full-Time Practice Assistant II to join our team at the Danvers Outpatient Surgical Center. You will support the front desk during morning surgical check-in, greet patients, answer questions, and assist the clinical team to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 7am-3:30pm. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and collaborative, with experience in Epic Hyperspace and general office procedures.

In this role, you'll be one of the first faces our patients see as they arrive for surgery. You'll help create a welcoming experience by assisting with patient check-in, answering questions, and supporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs smoothly. Performs administrative functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
