As of July 24th, a leading law firm is seeking a Practice Manager for their Corporate practice groups. The person in this role will be responsible:

• Overseeing talent management, integration, cross-collaboration, and professional development, with a focus on enhancing morale and productivity.
• Advising firm leadership on matters related to profitability, staffing, and productivity.
• Tracking key performance indicators and implementing procedural enhancements.
• Making recommendations for talent acquisition, supporting onboarding efforts, and contributing to performance evaluation processes.
• Monitoring industry trends, problem-solving any issues that arise, and ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Facilitating team-building and training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience of related experience in a law firm.
• Strong understanding of staff management and law firm operations, as well as the ability to think analytically and strategically.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication, leadership, and project management skills.
