Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a operations leader to manage daily medical practice operations, staffing, budgets and onboarding of new providers and staff. Key responsibilities include staffing, managing expenses, credentialing, provider account management, balancing bank statements, paying vendors, inventory control, schedule management, charge submission, reporting, and troubleshooting.

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s prepared healthcare professional strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years health care or related management experience required.
• Must be resourceful, multi-task, troubleshoot, lead and manage operations, onboarding of physicians and staff, budgets, and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling for daily medical practice operations.
• Manage expenses, budgeting and reporting.
• Provider credentialing and account management.
• Balance bank statements and pay vendors.
• Inventory control and supply management.
• Oversee onboarding of physicians and staff.
• Oversee charge submission processes and related reporting.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and drive process improvements.

The expected pay for this position is listed below:

$35.26 - $44.08
