Job summary

Valley Health Physician Alliance in Las Vegas is seeking a qualified Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple practice sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage licensing, credentialing, and payer interactions, while coordinating with CBO, marketing, quality, and finance teams to optimize operations.

• In lieu of degree, 5-7 years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years being a supervisor capacity.

• 3-5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance and licenses/certifications, primary source validation, credentialing with health system medical staff office and payers; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective operations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders; monitor expenses, revenue cycle, volume, and provider subsidies to meet budgets.
• Participate in annual budgeting and provider/employee recruitment and onboarding.
• Demonstrate service excellence, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Practice Manager is responsible for daily operations management and supervision of assigned practice(s) in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• The practice manager will maintain regulatory compliance and is responsible for maintenance of licenses/certifications, primary source validation, proper credentialing with health system medical staff office and payers. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (CBO, marketing, quality team, business development, finance, A/P, payroll, human resources, c-suite, facilities, corporate and local administration) to ensure effective and efficient practice operations.
• Practice manager will be the primary practice liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Manages departmental expenses cost effectively, monitors revenue cycle operations, volume, and revenue generation to ensure practice budgets are met and provider subsidies are kept to a minimum.
• Participates in annual operating and capital budgeting and provider and employee recruitment and onboarding.
• Demonstrates service excellence, conveys professionalism, and always maintains appropriate confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
