Allied Physicians Group in Commack, NY is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across our Allergy Division. You will support clinicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences, manage staffing, training, and scheduling, and ensure smooth office flow.

You’ll lead HR activities, monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, and oversee billing, coding, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience managing teams and HR processes.
• Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and terminology.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
