Job summary

River Run Dental Spa in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Practice Manager to ensure the efficient operation of a fast-paced dental office and lead a team that consistently meets patient, practice, and organizational goals.

You will conduct regular staff huddles, uphold OSHA/HIPAA/ADA regulations, foster positive relationships with doctors and staff, support marketing efforts to grow new patients, and help the practice achieve its financial targets.

Qualifications

• Two years dental management experience required.
• H.S. diploma with a college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Regular OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law.
• Proficiency with computer and dental software required.

• Stay current with the latest OSHA, HIPAA and ADA regulations
• Build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctors and staff
• Help build new patient growth by supporting marketing programs
• Ensure that the practice is meeting financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concern

Qualifications:

• H.S. diploma with a college degree or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of two years dental experience in a management role
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law
• Proficiency with computer and dental software
