The Opportunity
Are you a self-motivated integration engineer eager to sell innovative technology while solving crime? If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, this role is for you. We seek an Integrations Manager to establish integrations with customer products on our FlockOS platform, primarily serving law enforcement agencies. This remote role requires up to 50% travel, preferably for candidates on the West and Central coasts.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Establish and grow the software integrations practice in a rapid sales environment.
• Build and lead the integrations team, maintaining hands-on involvement.
• Develop expertise in Flock’s products and solutions, staying current with industry and competitive trends.
• Manage integration and support of third-party systems such as IP Cameras, VMS, CAD, AVL, SSO, and custom solutions.
• Communicate business value effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Engineering and Product teams for seamless handoffs.

The Skillset

• 2-5 years of IT experience, especially with SaaS solutions or law enforcement personas.
• Experience with On-Premise, Cloud, and hybrid networking, including firewalls and routing.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and results-oriented with a self-starter attitude.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and act as a liaison between sales and internal teams.
• Comfort with software and hardware to become a subject matter expert.
• Strong presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
• Customer problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach.
• Understanding of network configurations, troubleshooting, RTSP, and IP video.
• Startup experience is a plus.
