Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. J.D. preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the legal industry.

• Provide training and guidance on KM tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Support design and development of tech solutions and manage change during rollout.
• Track usage and impact metrics and report to KM leadership.
