Holland & Knight seeks a Practice Acceleration Manager in Tampa, FL to bridge law and technology, improving service delivery, efficiency, and profitability through smart workflows and responsible AI use. You’ll advise attorneys, design tech-enabled solutions, and drive adoption across practice areas.

You will collaborate with the KM Team, create training materials, and lead change management to maximize client value and practice excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; J.D. preferred; at least 5 years in the legal industry.
• Experience integrating technology into legal workflows and process improvements.
• Familiarity with AI-enabledLegal tools and risk-aware adoption.

Responsabilités

• Advise attorneys on practice workflow needs, technology pain points, and innovative solutions.
• Lead adoption of KM tools, develop training materials, and provide hands-on guidance.
• Design and implement tech-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and client value.
• Provide project management support and report on usage and outcomes.
