Job summary

Holland & Knight is seeking a Practice Acceleration Manager based in our Dallas office to drive innovation at the intersection of law and technology. You will advise attorneys, enhance legal service delivery, and promote adoption of AI-enabled workflows and KM tools through training and hands-on guidance.

This role demands expertise in law, business analysis, and process improvement within assigned practice areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the legal industry.

Responsibilities

• Advise attorneys and legal professionals by assessing practice needs, identifying workflow and technology pain points, and recommending innovative, practical solutions.
• Apply knowledge of legal workflows to inform solution design, training, and attorney support.
• Support responsible adoption of AI-enabled legal tools and workflows aligned with Firm policies and client requirements.
• Develop training materials and provide hands-on training to attorneys and legal professionals on KM tools and practices.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure successful technology adoption within practice groups.
