Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry.
• An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to monitor and control expenses to facilitate revenue growth.
• Lead delivery of the client experience by managing administrative procedures and directing client requests.
• Coordinate branch-home office workflow and research and resolve complex problems related to client accounts.
• Assist with transition, onboarding and sourcing new Advisors from initial contact through the branch.
• Plan and coordinate training for Financial Advisors on new platforms and tools.
