Job summary

Raymond James in the United States seeks a Practice Business Manager to drive growth for the Branch or Financial Advisor team’s practice. You will guide associates, resolve moderately complex issues, and manage client service and projects while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The role involves sourcing new Advisors and supporting sales goals through professional networking and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry.
• SIE required; Series 7 and other registrations may be required by state.
• Travel required: Yes, 15% of the Time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to monitor and control expenses to facilitate revenue growth.
• Lead delivery of the client experience by managing administrative procedures and client requests.
• Coordinate branch-home office workflow with home office personnel.
• Research and resolve complex problems related to client accounts and inquiries.
• Review daily work of the practice team’s support staff and adjust workloads as needed.
• Coordinate training for Financial Advisors on platform and product enhancements.
