Baystate Financial is seeking an Experienced Financial Advisor or Managing Associate to lead and mentor a team while growing their own practice in Vermont. This entrepreneurial role rewards leadership, recruiting, and partnership with the Managing Director to drive office growth and culture.

The position targets individuals with ambition to build Talent pipelines, develop future Advisors, and deliver lasting impact through mentorship and strategic expansion. Local presence in Vermont is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a Managing Associate role.
• Strong leadership ambition and mentorship skills.
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing Advisors.

Responsabilités

• Recruit high-potential Advisor candidates to the Vermont office.
• Mentor and coach incoming Advisors through early career stages.
• Support the Managing Director with office growth initiatives and culture-building.
• Grow your own client base and advisory practice.
• Build and execute a teaming vision for the office.
