Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
  • Provide regional onboarding training and support caseload ramp-up.
  • Provide training, education, supervision, and coaching based on regional needs.
  • Facilitate peer consultation forums for clinicians.
  • Mentor strong performers and encourage professional development.
  • Foster a positive culture with state leadership.
  • Provide clinical support and oversight of psychotherapy clinicians.
  • Report KPIs to regional leadership.
  • Evaluate quality metrics and create clinician-focused strategic solutions.
  • Provide onsite clinical consultation and support.
  • Implement national clinical policies and state-specific addendums.

  • Monitor changes to state regulations

  • Partner with legal/compliance on subpoenas, court orders, and related legal matters

  • Conduct clinical record reviews

  • Identify quality improvement, risk management, and clinical integrity opportunities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff

  • Attend quarterly division and national leadership meetings


Requirements



  • MA degree in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling or related field or PhD/PsyD in clinical psychology

  • 5+ years clinical experience

  • Experience in clinical leadership

  • Active license

  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Exceptional team and staff level engagement

  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement based on current clinical best practices and standards of care

  • Experience managing a diverse team with a track record for hiring, coaching and retaining strong talent

  • Proven ability to improve business processes, methods, quality, and decision‑making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements

  • Experienced Clinician with demonstrated ability to develop the clinical practice of other clinicians

  • Effective at communicating and translating complexity to a clinical audience

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate clinical compliance risk

  • Must reside and practice in the state where they serve as Director

  • Able to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk

  • Able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds

  • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
