Today’s Pediatric Dentistry in Novi, MI seeks a Practice Director to partner with the Doctor, oversee clinic operations, people management, growth, profitability and patient experience. You will drive improvements in patient care, staff development, and community engagement to strengthen the local brand.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinic supervisory/leadership experience.
• Orthodontic or dental field experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with Doctor support and drive growth, profitability and patient experience.
• Lead marketing activities to improve local brand reputation.
• Understand and monitor profits and loss (P&L) to achieve monthly goals.
• Manage controllable costs including labor hours and supplies.
• Serve as liaison between Doctor and team on work assignments and priorities.
• Handle patient escalations to resolve issues mutually.
• Follow protocols to ensure OSHA, HIPAA and State Dental Board compliance.

They are responsible for achieving all profit and loss goals.
