Job summary

The Practice Coordinator at HCA Gulf Coast Division supports the HCA Houston Conroe Medical Center by coordinating credentialing, contracts, payroll, and HR processes, while partnering with clinical leadership to ensure timely operations and provider satisfaction.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage scheduling, meetings, minutes, and staffing needs, with a focus on compliance and patient care efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of equivalent work experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate credentialing and contracts with HR/Payroll/Legal.
• Process payroll and Kronos pay codes.
• Assist in staff meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Maintain provider files and OPPE/CME records.
• Support recruitment and staffing processes across the facility.
• Coordinate IT/system access and orientation for new hires.
• Attend department meetings and communicate initiatives.
• Triage provider/patient requests and escalate appropriately.
• Ensure timely provider and billing documentation.
