Community Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Practice Coordinator to oversee clinic operations, scheduling, onboarding, and policy implementation. Work with Lifepoint Health Support Center, train staff on Athena, maintain templates, ensure schedule adherence, and coordinate provider calls.
Requirements: Associate's degree preferred and 1–2 years of medical management experience; strong critical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
Job Schedule: Full-Time Monday to Friday

How you'll contribute: The Clinic Coordinator assists with staff scheduling, onboarding, workflow improvement, policy and procedure implementation, provider support, and coordination of clinic activities. This position requires a strong understanding of both the clinical and administrative functions of a medical practice and the ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and clinic locations.
