Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Practice Administrator II to oversee the Ophthalmology service across Winfield, Geneva and Naperville locations. This role emphasizes leadership, program oversight, and alignment with NM's mission and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ophthalmology across Winfield, Geneva, and Naperville locations.

• Support the organizational mission and ensure regulatory compliance within the Ophthalmology department.

Job description

The salary range for this position is $48.63 - $68.08 (Hourly Rate)

Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.
