The role requires at least 5 years in healthcare offices, 3 years in leadership, and proficiency with EHR systems. This is a full-time on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare office setting.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of managed care and health insurance plans.
  • Experience working with HEDIS measures and quality improvement programs.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare office software.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred (adequate experience may substitute for education)

Position Overview

The Assistant Practice Administrator partners closely with the Practice Administrator and clinical leadership to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and support strategic initiatives. A strong foundation in managed care, insurance processes, and HEDIS performance is essential.

Compensation Range

$58,165.00 to $87,247.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
