Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressively increasing leadership responsibility in healthcare management or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders and physician chiefs to set department vision and strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop department team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Drive operational performance including access, throughput, and productivity with financial accountability.
• Identify and implement technology, automation, and process improvements to reduce administrative burden.
• Develop data-informed business plans and financial models for growth and investments.
• Use metrics and scorecards to establish accountability and measure progress toward goals.
