Job summary

This leadership role focuses on achieving financial, quality, and operational benchmarks through close collaboration with physicians, clinic personnel, and administrative leaders. Required is 5–7 years of supervisory experience, with a preference for health administration experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and finance acumen.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily operational activities with Section Leads.
• Collaborates with hospital and Guthrie Medical Group administration to set goals.
• Maintains department procedures and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Oversees budgeting, expenditures, and revenue monitoring for sections.
• Supports staffing planning and staffing needs to ensure productivity.
• Leads in recruitment, onboarding, and provider arrangements.
• Engages in growth planning and regionalization of clinic providers.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and participates in governance meetings.
