Job summary

ECPI University in Charlotte, NC seeks an Assistant Director for the Practical Nursing program. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and requires a registered nurse with strong clinical and organizational skills.

The position involves scheduling, coordinating, developing and implementing faculty orientation and mentoring, and serving as the liaison between administration, faculty, and students. It also includes assisting in clinical coordination.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited school (ACEN, CCNE, etc).
• Current nursing license for the state where campus location is.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• Five years' experience in a nursing specialty setting preferred.
• Two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with computer technology including Learning Management Systems for remote/online delivery.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities
