Job summary

ECPI University in Charlotte, NC seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing for the Practical Nursing (PN) Program. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and requires an RN with strong clinical and organizational abilities.

You will lead faculty orientation, coordinate mentoring, and serve as the liaison among administration, faculty and students while supporting clinical coordination and program operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program (ACEN, CCNE, etc).
• Current RN license in the state of campus location.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• Five years of nursing experience preferred.
• Two years of teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, develop and implement faculty orientation and mentoring.
• Act as liaison between administration, faculty and students to facilitate program communication.
• Assist in clinical coordination for the PN program.
