Job summary

ECPI University in Raleigh, NC seeks an Assistant Director for the PN nursing program. The role requires an active RN license in NC and strong clinical and organizational skills. You will coordinate faculty orientation, mentor staff, and help maintain clear communications across administration, faculty, and students.

The position demands leadership in clinical coordination, with preferred candidates having teaching experience and LMS proficiency. Expect on-campus duties with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited school (ACEN, CCNE)
• Current nursing license in NC
• Two years management experience preferred
• Five years nursing specialty experience preferred
• Two years teaching experience
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for remote synchronized and online blended learning curriculum delivery
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Off-site travel required

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, develop and implement faculty orientation and mentoring.
• Serve as liaison between administration, faculty, and students; facilitate overall program communication.
• Assist in clinical coordination.
