Job summary

ECPI University in Richmond, VA seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the ADN program. You will coordinate faculty, oversee planning and evaluation and support student learning in an engaging, outcomes-driven environment.

The role requires a Master's in Nursing, Virginia license, and experience in nursing leadership and teaching. Travel off-site is required, with competitive benefits and a good-faith pay range of $87,000–$110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Current nursing license in Virginia.
• Minimum five years’ nursing experience; two years in management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Off-site travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, planning, implementation and evaluation of the ADN program.
• Lead our ADN Nursing faculty and provide hands-on instruction.
• Provide academic tutoring to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Coordinate faculty orientation and mentoring.
• Facilitate program communication among administration, faculty and students.
• Assist in clinical coordination for the program.
