Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing or Nursing Education; MSN preferred.
Current New York State Professional Nursing License.
Current CPR certification.
Strong teaching, clinical, communication, and computer skills.
Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Create engaging learning experiences in classroom, skills lab, simulation, and clinicals.
Teach and evaluate students while promoting safe, competent nursing practices.
Mentor and advise students throughout their education.
Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment.
Support student recruitment, retention, and success.
Maintain strong relationships with clinical partners.
Participate in faculty recruitment and departmental responsibilities.
Incorporate evidence-based nursing practices and program standards.
