The successful candidate will write, research industries, build media lists and contribute to client programs daily. You will learn across all service lines, work with AI tools, and gain real-world experience in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in media relations, content creation or social media management.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to simplify complex client stories.
• Strong curiosity and desire to be coached in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Ability to work with AI tools and verify outputs.
• Familiarity with AP Style.

Responsibilities

• Build and verify targeted media lists.
• Develop quarterly pitch calendars with AI support and validate them.
• Research client industries and surface story angles.
• Write pitches, media alerts, backgrounders, briefing books and releases.
• Pitch and place stories with training and backup.
• Write blogs, e-newsletters, website copy and marketing materials.
• Help plan and run client events including luncheons and media tours.
• Monitor coverage and report results.
• Contribute ideas to brainstorms.
