Ghidotti Communications is seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to lead strategy and client service for a portfolio of accounts, develop a small team and partner directly with our CEO on growth. This is a senior role with ownership of client relationships, strategic plans, and people on the team.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of PR and communications experience, including meaningful agency work, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with variety from planning to crisis

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of PR and communications experience, with agency experience included.
• Experience leading client relationships at decision‑maker level and navigating difficult conversations.
• Track record of writing strategic plans grounded in research and tied to business objectives.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on team quality.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategist and account lead for multiple clients.
• Develop and present strategic communications and marketing plans.
• Manage work plans, deadlines and team resources to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Oversee client‑facing copy and coach team writing.
• Lead media relations strategy and high‑priority pitches, tours and events.
• Supervise and develop at least two team members.
• Lead internal planning meetings and brainstorms.
• Identify growth opportunities and support new business proposals.
