Job summary

Ghidotti Communications is seeking a Public Relations Account Executive to join our Little Rock team. With 3–4 years of PR experience, you will lead day‑to‑day media relations, develop pitch calendars, write and place stories, and guide junior teammates while keeping client work on schedule.

You will create blogs and e‑newsletters, plan social campaigns, support events, and help shape strategic plans. Strong writing, reporter relationships, and AP style are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of PR experience with demonstrated results in media relations.
• Experience in content creation and/or social media management.
• Strong writing and editing with ability to craft concise client stories.
• Comfort with AI tools and applying AP Style in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quarterly pitch calendars for assigned clients.
• Write pitches, releases, op-eds, backgrounders and briefing books.
• Pitch and place stories in local, regional, trade and national media.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and manage content calendars across channels.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and report results.
• Write blogs, e-newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Plan and run client events and mentor junior staff.
