Simply Business is seeking a Sr. Manager, Public Relations & Social Media to elevate the brand through earned media, social platforms, and AI-driven content strategies.

You will own the PR plan, maximize executive exposure, and collaborate with agencies to align with GTM messaging. The role requires senior-level storytelling, executive communications, and a track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in integrated PR and Social strategies for B2B/FinTech/Financial Services.
• Executive communications for senior leaders; coaching and spokesperson readiness.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with experience across press, bylines, and talks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PR strategy and drive brand visibility in earned media.
• Maximize visibility of Simply Business across AI-driven content and LLMs.
• Lead crisis management for brand reputation on social media and earned media.
• Manage external PR agency with KPIs, budgets, and integrated results.
• Develop and execute executive communications and spokespeople strategy.
• Create a proactive storytelling calendar for media and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and media partners.
• Oversee social media strategy and daily channel execution across platforms.
