PR & Communications Manager
Talent Management Firm | Los Angeles or New York City (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a growing talent management firm representing some of the leading creators in the space to find a PR & Communications Manager. This is a chance to lead publicity for the firm itself and for a select group of talent - shaping how their stories get told across press, podcasts, and the wider culture.
The firm sits right at the intersection of the creator economy, entertainment, and brand partnerships. Their talent is landing bigger moments, and they want someone who can own the narrative across all of it.
As PR & Communications Manager, you'll lead media relations, storytelling, and strategic communications for both the firm and select talent. You'll partner closely with leadership and the talent management team, turning milestones, partnerships, and cultural moments into coverage that actually moves the needle.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build the strategy and land the story too.
You'll develop PR strategies, messaging, and positioning for the firm and select talent, and build the media relationships that secure coverage across press, podcasts, and industry platforms.
You'll lead publicity around talent milestones, brand partnerships, and major cultural events, and coordinate interviews, speaking opportunities, and appearances - including prepping talent before they're in front of the media. You'll also manage press materials, announcements, awards submissions, and coverage reporting, so leadership always has a clear picture of what's landing.
You have 3-5 years of PR experience in the creator, entertainment, or fashion space, with strong media relationships and a track record of top-tier coverage wins.
You've led publicity for individuals, not just brands, and you know how to protect and grow a personal profile. You're a strong writer, a confident pitcher, and comfortable moving between big-picture positioning and day-to-day execution.
