GOOD PEOPLE RECRUITMENT seeks a PR & Communications Manager for a growing talent-management firm, with representation of top creators. The role is hybrid in Los Angeles or New York City, guiding publicity for both the firm and select talent to secure broad coverage across press, podcasts, and culture.

You will own PR strategy, media relationships, and messaging; coordinate talent interviews, prep for media, and manage press materials, awards submissions, and coverage reporting to demonstrate

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PR experience in creator, entertainment, or fashion space with strong media relationships and a track record of top-tier coverage wins.
• Led publicity for individuals, not just brands, and able to protect and grow a personal profile. Strong writing and pitching abilities; comfortable with big-picture positioning and day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop PR strategies, messaging, and positioning for the firm and talent; build media relationships for coverage across press, podcasts, and industry platforms.
• Lead publicity around talent milestones, brand partnerships, and cultural events; coordinate interviews, speaking opportunities, and appearances; prep talent for media.
• Manage press materials, announcements, awards submissions, and coverage reporting to keep leadership informed.
