Amped Fitness, headquartered in Pompano Beach, FL, is seeking a Public Relations Manager to maximize earned exposure via strategic media outreach and market launches. This role partners with marketing and leadership to craft stories around our Experience-Design-Low-Price model, growth, and member experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in PR, strong media relationships, and a proven ability to secure coverage.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, earned media, or a related field.
• Agency PR experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience personally pitching media and securing meaningful earned media coverage.
• Existing relationships with journalists, editors, producers, or industry media are strongly preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills with experience developing press releases, pitches, talking points, and media materials.

• Proactively identify unique story angles and turn company developments into compelling media opportunities.

• Lead PR efforts for new club openings, market launches, presales, company milestones, major announcements, and brand initiatives.
• Develop localized media strategies for new markets and write press materials.
