Qualifications

• 3+ years of PR, communications, or events experience in B2B, industrial, defense, or tech sectors.
• Strong written communication skills with tight, clean prose.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
• Established network of maritime, defense, or energy journalists is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand Fleetzero's media relations across VC, maritime, defense, energy, and business outlets.
• Develop and execute proactive pitch strategy and drive placements.
• Draft and distribute press materials and manage editorial calendar.
• Lead end-to-end planning for trade shows, conferences, and Fleetzero events.
