Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to type 30 wpm and use standard office software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good grammar.

Responsibilities

• Gather and report information for PR/AD&D-related tasks.
• Review PR/AD&D reports and provide timely customer service.
• Perform clerical duties and other department tasks as needed.
