Qualifications

• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent thereof.
• Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and various software packages.
• Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions.
• Proficiency in effective written and verbal communication with proper grammar and punctuation.
• Must score 80% or higher on the spelling skill test.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and report on print processes for group mailings and related tasks.
• Perform various clerical duties within the department with a high degree of accuracy.
• Other duties as required by the department.
