Job summary

Genesis Motor North America is seeking an Associate, PR & Communications to provide administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the PR & Communications team in Fountain Valley, California.

The role collaborates with stakeholders across the business to support product launches, media relations activities, and departmental communications, while ensuring timely and accurate execution of initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support PR and communications initiatives, including vehicle launches, product and corporate communications, and lifestyle PR.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes.
• Assist with creation of presentations, reports, and other departmental communications.
• Support vendor management activities and help track project deliverables and timelines.
• Handle budget administration, including purchase requests, scopes of work, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Contribute to department projects and ensure operational processes are executed efficiently.
