Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, influencer marketing, social media, agency, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple traditional PR and influencer workstreams simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of media relations fundamentals, including pitching, press material development, media lists, product sampling, and coverage tracking.
• Working knowledge of influencer and creator campaign execution, including research, vetting, briefing, product seeding, content review, approvals, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of national and local PR programs and campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer and creator programs from planning to reporting.
• Identify local franchisee and community stories; manage local media lists.
• Draft and edit press releases, pitches, talking points, FAQs, and franchisee communications.
• Coordinate with PR agencies, creators, talent reps, franchise partners and internal teams.
• Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, budgets, and invoicing.
