Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, influencer marketing, social media, agency, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with media relations fundamentals and influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Baskin-Robbins PR programs, including seasonal campaigns, menu launches, partnerships and cultural moments.
• Assist with media outreach, press materials, campaign coordination, media lists, product sampling and event support.
• Support influencer and creator programs from planning through reporting, including research, vetting, briefs, tracking and reporting.
• Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, talking points, FAQs and franchisee communications, ensuring brand voice consistency.
• Coordinate agency, creator and franchisee communications; track approvals and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and budgets; assist with invoicing and budget reconciliation.
• Monitor earned media and creator performance; gather results and learnings for future programs.
