Job summary

The Financial Analyst at Inspire Brands (Baskin-Robbins Franchised Finance) will consolidate, report, and support FP&A activities including P&L management, variance analysis, and budgeting processes in a high-volume environment.

Based in the Boston Support Center with an 80% onsite requirement, you will partner with cross-functional teams, produce quarterly decks, regional scorecards, and ad hoc analyses to drive profitability and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 4-Year degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 1–3 years of corporate finance experience focused on Income Statement and budgeting.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills for analyses and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, analyze, and report monthly financials and variance analyses.
• Lead cross-functional FP&A liaison between Baskin-Robbins Canton and Inspire Brands Corporate FP&A/Treasury.
• Provide regional scorecards, yield analysis, and local sales analyses as needed.
• Support store and franchisee profitability analyses including cost and mix effects.
• Educate partners on financial implications of options and drive process improvements.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and contribute to integration and design work.
