Magrino Public Relations is seeking an Account Executive to serve as a liaison between Magrino and clients, helping implement PR programs and tactics. The role involves writing tasks, media contact, and supporting day-to-day account activities.

You will oversee junior staff, identify trends, prepare client materials, and coordinate press events while maintaining strong client relations and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum experience in public relations.
• BA/BS Degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the account support team and mentor junior staff.
• Develop leadership and mentoring skills.
• Understand clients' focus and anticipate needs in advance.
• Identify hot topics for clients and monitor trends.
• Scan publications daily and circulate clips to team and client.
• Understand clients' products/positioning.
• Prepare for and attend client meetings.
• Write press materials including releases, memos, pitches.
• Pitch media without supervision and coordinate media outreach.
• Support press tour logistics and media lists.
