Job summary

A leading public relations firm in New York is seeking an Account Executive to manage client accounts and lead project activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong media relations abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in public relations or related fields are required. This role includes mentoring junior team members and ensuring client satisfaction while managing day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in public relations, communications and/or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Tactical understanding of social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 accounts or act as key member of large accounts.
• Create and execute outreach plans for media relations.
• Serve as a day-to-day client liaison.
