Job summary

System One is seeking a System Administrator for PPM who will administer and optimize enterprise PPM platforms, including dashboards and reporting via Power BI. You will translate business needs into configurations, automate workflows, and support project intake and PMO processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of PPM concepts, data governance, and reporting tools, with focus on data accuracy and user enablement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering enterprise level PPM systems such as Planview, Clarity, Microsoft Project Server, ServiceNow PPM, Primavera, or similar; Planview ProjectAdvantage preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management, portfolio management, resource planning, and demand management concepts.
• Proficiency in data analysis, workflow configuration, data governance, system integrations, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in both structured and ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar STEM field or equivalent work experience.
• PPM platform training or certification in relevant systems strongly preferred.
• Data analytics training including experience with data modeling, reporting, and visualization beneficial.

• Oversee and manage the PMO's SharePoint document library, creating new project subsites, managing approval workflows, and performing quality assurance on documents to ensure project managers adhere to company standards.
