Boosta is seeking a PPC Team Lead for Solvy, a full-cycle online platform handling legal, financial, and personal documents. You will own the PPC end-to-end, optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and driving profitable growth with data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on in PPC / paid search with full ownership of accounts and budgets.
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition profitably with measurable metrics (spend, ROAS, CAC).
• Strong grasp of product unit economics and conversion funnels; able to build models in spreadsheets.
• Experience with scripts, automation, and cross-channel budget allocation.

Responsibilities

• Own the PPC channel end-to-end for Solvy: strategy, launch, optimization and scaling of campaigns.
• Manage and allocate paid budget to hit target CAC/ROAS and grow revenue profitably.
• Set up tracking and value-based optimization with analytics/dev teams.
• Run a continuous testing roadmap: ads, keywords, audiences, bids, landing pages.
• Build reporting and present insights and plans to management.
